By accessing or using AudioCentra (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of Service

You may use courses, lessons, and downloadable resources for personal or professional learning. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.

You must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and consumer protection laws. You are responsible for any content you submit (if any) and for ensuring it does not violate third-party rights.

License and Content Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, AudioCentra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and course content for your own learning.

Redistribution of course content is prohibited. This includes copying, recording, scraping, reselling, sublicensing, publicly sharing, posting to file-sharing services, or otherwise making content available to others without our prior written permission.

Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the property of AudioCentra or their respective owners. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate access if information is materially inaccurate, if we suspect abuse, or if required by law.

Payments

Prices, taxes (if applicable), and billing terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your chosen payment method for purchases you make. If a payment fails, access may be limited until payment is completed.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed. Completion may be measured by lesson progress, watch time, downloads, or other usage signals available in the Service.

We may deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse (such as repeated refunds), or violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Courses are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will meet your requirements. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioCentra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, and the license granted to you under these Terms will end.
